The Colen family hired us to design and build a pool, pool house, and patio that matched the modern farm style of their home while also being completely safe for a child with special needs. In order to ensure that everyone in their family could enjoy their new space, we constructed a pool that was shaped so that the parents would be able to see inside the pool or pool house from any angle inside the main home.

The retaining walls for this project were created using natural boulders recovered on the property. They pair perfectly with the worn wood look of the pavers, coping, and steps to add an element of character to this homely backyard oasis that makes it feel cozy and welcoming, without losing it’s modern appeal.
